Answers to Your Questions

Grounded airplanes on tarmac against the setting sun

Answers to some questions we have been asked over the past month:
1. Yes, you can get compensated. Really.
2. No, this is not a scam. You don’t need to send us money or any sensitive information to initiate your compensation claim.
3. No, flights within the U.S. are not eligible for compensation. Only European flights are covered by this law (/2004), including flights between Europe and America.
4. The amount of money you receive does not depend on how much you paid for your tickets. It is set by the law and is the same for all passengers.
5. Neither does the amount depend on the length of your delay, only on the length of your in kilometers.
Please help us spread the word. We are still offering a referral bonus through the end of March. To get credit for a referral, make sure your contact info is entered in the last field of the Questionnaire.
