On August 5th 2019, Virgin Atlantic canceled its VS 3 Heathrow (LHR) – City (JFK) flight scheduled to depart at 9:00 am, as well as its VS 4  New York City (JFK) – Heathrow (LHR) flight scheduled to depart at 6:00 pm. Then on August 6th 2019, VS 3 out of London Heathrow (LHR) was canceled yet again. If you were supposed to be on one of those flights and would like to receive in accordance with EU regulation EC 261/2004, please fill out our Questionnaire to initiate your claim.
